Filthy. I thought this was vet clinic. Can’t believe this is Canada-“first world country”!. Room was dirty, still the cover of the other patient and I was expected to sit on it? Disgusting. I could read in the Doctor’s computer all the last patients history, age, address, name, diagnosis. Doctor was ok but her 3 min explanation of what I had -without looking at me- left me with more questions.

Very friendly, very happy with communication and promptness of results. I received my results at 3pm the next day. I would highly recommend using this clinic for travel COVID testing!
Brutal... due to limited options, we had to come here for their painfully expensive testing. They charge 350 a test and provide an unpleasant experience with it. For prices like that, I expect a back massage with gin & tonic! The test results, were not on time as promised but after some unnecessary stress, did come through in time to not affect us. All of this would still have been OK if not for the aggressive Chinese nurse who seemed to enjoying watching us in a pain as he shoved that stick as far up our noses as he could. This was totally unnecessary, we have had tests before that were nothing like this. Very upsetting, he should not be doing this job.
This place is the worst. Every time and I mean every time I call they say there closing this is T 5 when on Tuesday they say they are open until 7 AND also I sent up an over the phone appointment and due the pandemic some clinics are not having everyone in so I was very clear with the receptionist and she stated that the doctor would call me at X time and I was waiting and I called later and they thought I was coming. The receptionist may need more communication skills and also this place needs to update the hours Not happy
So pleased with how fast and efficient the entire process was The staff at each stage were friendly and helpful Results came back ahead of the promised time We would definitely recommend travelling to the Joyce Street clinic for service like this
