I had an appointment @2:00 today for manicure/ pedicure. When I booked online there didn’t appear to be any bookings before me, however, there must have been a same day booking for another client. At first I thought the nail technician was finishing up . At 2:15 I was told 10 minutes so waited half an hour and then left. It takes me 10 min to walk to salon so would have appreciated a call if technician was running late .

My manicure was done so poorly. I had to come back in 3 days after I got shellac put onto my nails to get 5 nails redone because they were already lifting. Within a few days, all of my other nails had lifted and were wrecked, which was frustrating because I was going on vacation and wanted to have my nails done nicely not all chipped and gross. I emailed in twice through the website \Contact us\ letting them know about the unacceptable job that was done and no one even bothered to reply. Incredibly disappointing - if you want your nails to last more then 3 days I would not recommend going here.
I got my nails done with Jessica today- she's amazing. One of the best set of nails I've ever had. It was a lovely experience and the staff are so warm and friendly. I'll be back for sure. Thanks girls!
Stylist Quyen went above and beyond! When I came in with a bad home dye job, she stripped the colour, re-did my highlights and toner, and gave me a fabulous cut and blow-dry, all in 2.5h (typically how long I would spend for just the highlights). She also gave me lots of helpful advice on how to care for my fine, colour treated hair.
You MUST go to Kristina for eyelash extensions! I originally chose to visit Canvas because of its location and proximity to my home but I've consistently been impressed with Kristina's work. I wear glasses full-time so when I feel like treating myself to eyelash extensions, I have to be mindful that they don't hit my glasses (plus I prefer a more natural look.) Kristina has a keen eye for detail and a passion for making people look and feel beautiful. The salon itself is bright, modern, and clean. There is a feeling of camaraderie, fun, and professionalism among the team and I love going there. I also find the pricing to be competitive considering the quality of the work and the overall experience. I legitimately won't go anywhere else!
