Atish and the team at Cantu went above and beyond to help with our bathroom renovation. From out first visit in the store, through to completion of the project, Atish & team helped us execute our vision. Inspiration, sourcing, pricing, planning, the whole works: we would not have been able to build the bathroom that we wanted to build without their help. There was a glitch with one of their suppliers that resulted in a part not being delivered on time; they did everything in their power to get the part ASAP. This is the place and the people to make dream projects happen. Thank you!

We love using Cantu Bathroom and Hardware products in the homes we build and renovate. Cantu always has a great selection in bathroom and kitchen hardware. These products complete the look of the homes we build and our clients are never disappointed. 2 years ago we had the pleasure of working with Cantu to a build a booth for the Luxury Home and Design Show. We won the award of best booth at the show along side Interior Designer Catherine Adams. We would recommend Cantu products to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about the customer service I received today from Scott, in the service department. I thought I had purchased a bad replacement cartridge for our Dornbracht faucet; low flow, and slow to turn off. Scott said he's seen maybe one in his time that was defective, but happily offered to exchange it for a new one. When the replacement presented in the same way, I knew it must be ME with the problem. After a patient diagnosis over the phone, he determined it could be a dirty screen on the faucet. Somehow during the exchange of the cartridge and turning the shut-off valves on-and-off multiple times, what looked like small bits of black rubber had clogged the screen, which he offered to replace for free if I couldn't get it clean! Now I know why we bought our faucet-set through Meirke here 14 years ago (she's still there too!). Thanks, Scott, thanks Cantu!

For our condo renos we utilized Cantu for many of our items, both kitchen and bathrooms. Marike Boersma was of great assistance, particularly during the closing during Covid. There was an issue with some taps which was caused by the manufacturer or shipper and Marike was just excellent it sorting it out and arranging a store credit for our difficulties. She is very knowledgable and extremely responsive and helpful. We are very satisfied and continue to work with Marike.

Bad experience. We ordered an vanity countertop which is manufactured in Montreal at lateJuly. That time we’ve been told that 4-8 weeks to wait. After one month my husband follow up with them but not get something specific delivery day. Then recently after September we follow up again, they say the delivery date push to OCTOBER 13, which means we will get it maybe around after middle of October. So from order to install can be around 3 MONTHS for just a countertop, not a customized style. There can be 10 reasons for the delay in this period , but my point is CANTU never clarified and gave us the notification of the delay and not positively to communicate with us. They don’t follow up unless we asked. So now we have to push our other schedule for vanity installation and plumbing work and others again and again. Seems they don’t mind the timeline for their clients, once you pay , just wait and no follow up. I know you guys selling high end products but your service and procedure are not high end at all.
