Worked with Dennis Hatta on my deal for several months prior to my lease end and he was amazing to work with loads of patience. I actually never met him until a few weeks ago when I just happened to be in the area and wanted to say hi. A few deals collapsed before but he remained committed to the process and followed up with me. Eventually he found me the right car and worked very hard to earn my business. They were easy to deal with making a reasonable first offer for our trade in. After we agreed to a price we were offered other services and products, but there was no pressure.
