I tried acupuncture for the first time being someone who has suffered chronic back pain for many years.. Simply put it, Jennifer was awesome. She provided relief for my back that no other type of therapy can. i feel great and booked a follow up session!
I went for my first visit with Dr. Jeda Boughton, and she did not disappoint. The clinic is very thoughtfully laid out, and I was greeted by the lovely front desk staff, Courtney I believe, who offered me tea or water. Dr. Boughton was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!
I want to thank Dr. Jeda Boughton for creating such a great clinic with such depth of expertise, and for her on-going assistance in helping me manage the symptoms of my chronic condition using acupuncture and TCM. I also want to thank Rachel Guymer, my RMT, whose awesome deep tissue massage keeps my legs moving. By working together, the Bodahealth team has had a very positive impact on my overall health and quality of life. Here is to another good year.
My first experience with acupuncture and cupping! I dislike needles. I have seen Kristen & Heather. Both are very gentle. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is interested in acupuncture, but a little anxious about it. You'll be hooked!
