Amazing trip going to Gabriola Island, one of the best in my life!. The captain extremely friendly. On our way there, he even tried to teach us about the yacht, let us know about the islands around and activities we could do. Staff is really helpful from the dock in Vancouver on Granville Island. Coming back there was a small storm that we really enjoy as the captain was a real expert!. We will count on this yachts and crew for next trip for sure!

Booked a boat in early June. Paid my deposit. Arrived for my charter in August. I was told the boat was not operational. Found out the transmission had been broken since May.Even the staff is jumping ship. Had great experiences with this company previously. Not anymore. Run Away!

Pacific Blue Charters are the best in the business. The boats are beautifully detailed and their attention to customer service is without parallel. Its easy for a charter group to get praise for trips that are without issue. However, at no fault of Pacific Blue or their team, we had a small technical issue come-up. They way they handled it was incredible quickly solving the issue with incredible aptitude, professionalism, and cheery disposition. An incredibly customer centric charter company
