Surprisingly positive experience at the Vancouver center. Surrey center was chaotic with crazy wait items and no online appointment and had to return empty handed after hoing twice perhaps due to the recent drop in scores. Went for my son’s OCI application and was asked to reupload documents to a specific email and we were out of the building in 30 minutes. Thankfully they have online appointments now which is so needed in times of Covid. I recommend going before 8:30 AM to have some buffer to submit any missing documents and carry all original documents including marriage certificate and if possible take your laptop or upload all on your cloud for access.

Want to give them 0 star.Worst customer service ever seen . I applied for Indian visa. As I live in small town of Saskatchewan, I have to choose courier service for my application. I emailed them in first week of dec to arrange pick up for my application and for two weeks there was no reply. So I paid for my parcel by using their link which shows on their website and then I didn’t receive any shipping labels. Tried to called them but their phone numbers weren’t working and then I filled the complaint form. After 8 or 9 days I received a call from one of their agent. He told me that I have to pay again as there is some issue with the address and I will get my money back within 7-10 business days for my first transaction. So I paid again. But it has been one and half month now still waiting for my money. Phone numbers are still not working. Send them emails several times and filled complaint form twice. Still no response. No one is contacting me back.This is so frustrating. I don’t know for how long I have to chase for my money.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Firstly, I was not greeted properly when I entered the office. The receptionist was really rude. She can really use some customer service training. I went in cycles for 4 hours & still didn't get the service because one of the other workers gave me wrong information so now I have to fill my application again. I wouldn't have made that error & wasted 4-5 hours if she didnt make that error. Also she was very hesitant to ask for help from her other co-workers and at the end I was told that she was \training\ okay well then she should've asked for help instead of giving me the wrong information. I don't know how much they get paid but their service was not even worth minimum wage.

I had a OCI application to submit today and I am genuinely satisfied with their service. As I knew all the BLS staff is very picky in checking the documents, I myself made sure that I had everything handy if they ask which helped me to submit all the documents. Also whoever is checking this review pls make sure to get at the location earlier as possible so that you will be able to get your documents in before 3:00pm. Thanks you so much for the receptionist in checking the documents before processing to avoid further delays.
