If you are a military enthusiast this is a MUST see, only2 tanks on static display in Vancouver a Canadian RAM MK II and a SHERMAN M4A3, there is also 2 64 pound guns from 1850.
Very cool place! A good friend of mine is in the military (he told me his rank once, but I totally forgot and he's probably advanced since then) and his wife, another good friend, is expecting, so their baby shower was in the mess, which is a super fitting name for a place where you eat. I always make a mess, even when I try not to. Oh yeah, anyway, it's full of all kinds of interesting memorabilia, the drinks are inexpensive, and I got to watch some newbie soldiers do drills in the main part of the hall. Very cool. Just remember to take off your hat in the mess! I don't know why that's important, but it is.
