We read about a lot of shady moving companies while planning relocation from Van to rural BC. Thankfully we found Tyler and BCMovers. They gave an honest quote, prompt, effective, straightforward, and.pleasure to work with. There were no surprise charges, furniture arrived next morning as promised. A zero stress process, nothing missing, no damage, no delay, excellent experience. Special thanks to Pedro and Gustavo for their efficient and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I’ve moved a lot in the past but this was my first time using professional movers rather than rallying friends to help me and doing it myself. It was worth every penny and I will not go back to my old ways! Andy and Estevan (I hope I’m getting their names correct) arrived early to start loading up and were as speedy as possible while still being very careful to not damage my things. They came prepared with plastic wrap and blankets for delicate pieces and dolly’s for heavier ones. I was particularly stressed when arriving at my new address due to some disorganization on the building manager’s end but Estevan was so happy and upbeat, making jokes and staying positive which really helped put me at ease and feel like they had everything under control despite the less than ideal parking/elevator situation. The manager, Tyler who handles the bookings was also quick to respond to phone calls and texts. The only reason for me giving 4 stars rather than 5 is only because I did email a few questions before the moving day which I didn’t receive responses to. Other than that everything went so well and having professionals do all the heavy lifting really makes moving so much less stressful. Next time I move I won’t hesitate to use BC Movers again!

I used their services to move from my a bedroom apartment to a condo. Super professional, punctual and knowledgeable. They finished moving all my stuff in two and a half hours. I definitely recommend them.

We had a move booked but there was a mixup of the day and on the day I was expecting the movers I called Tyler to confirm and unfortunately he was unaware of the booking for that day. I was initially in a panic but Tyler immediately took care of it. He called me back within 10 minutes and had arranged for a different company to accommodate my move. They called and were at my place in an hour and Tyler even offered to personally come to help after he was done the job he had booked. I had some problems with the movers he sent however Tyler listened attentively and made me feel heard. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and yet made none of the money himself. In the end I would rather hire someone that runs their business with integrity and morals than anyone else. Kudos to you Tyler and BC Movers!
