I had the absolute best experience staying at Bayview. The area is very central close to all amenities but still quiet and residential, minutes away from Stanley Park and Seawall walkway. Everything of interest, restaurants, grocery stores etc., are within 5-7 min. walking distance. The unit and amenities were all new and super clean when I moved in! Neighbours are quiet and respectful too. The building is so well taken care of with 24 hour concierge and security. The management here deserves AWARDS really: throughout my tenancy, they've been so professional, polite and helpful at every step. Both the management and concierge team are highly accommodating and always strive to look after you. Coming from NY, this building has been an absolute dream to live in for me for the last one and half years. I can't wait to move back here again next year when I return to the city. Thank you for everything Bayview team. I would highly recommend this place if you are moving to Downtown Vancouver area.

This is a great place to live. The concierge is polite and friendly. Whenever we had an issue they made sure it was solved immediately. They are taking really good measures during covid-19. I appreciate the property manager (Lidia) for coming up with these initiatives immediately. - Resident from August 2019 - August 2020
Olivera and Lydia are simply the best, my wife and I were in a very tight time line to move and they not only accommodated us but exceeded our expectations. Very professional and courteous and every detail they helped us out on with our move was flawless and perfect it made the move stress free. Once we saw the Bayview suites we stopped looking at other locations this building is amazing !!!!!! great place, location , best staff around so what more can one ask for.
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT BAY VIEW AT COAL HARBOUR. Few steps away from sea wall and a 5- minute walk to Stanley park, amazing views and steps away from all the stores you would need. Well maintained clean building. Best management & concierge you will ever find. Me and my husband lived in a studio apartment here but never felt like it was too small for us. The service and the people here are the sweetest. I met some of the kindest people here. All issues were addressed on a timely manner. They really care about the tenants. If you're thinking to rent a unit at this place go for it without a second thought. You will not regret.
Great views, friendly staff, excellent location near the park and many of downtowns great restaurants.
