The worst service and food quality I have ever seen. Especially the food quality is so bad. That is too salty and sweet. The noodle is boiled too much. The meat is not fresh and with nasty and salty seasoning. It is Very bad for health. If you love fresh and healthy food, don’t go there. Also the environment looks so dirty and the bathroom smells so bad. I wont go there anymore.

Have come here before for Pho and Banh Mi, both very good. Today was going to another restaurant but they were out of Banh Mi. Baoguette Vietnamese Bistro was close so we called and ordered pick up. Service was quick and easy. Got two Banh Mis and Grilled Lemon Grass Pork Chop with Fried Egg. Two thin pork chops, a good amount of rice, and julienned carrot, radish, and cucumber, and a side of dipping sauce. I also asked for a little cup of chili oil. The sandwiches were good as usual. The glaze on the pork chop was more on the sweeter side of what I'm used to but still flavourful. The egg was just set and all together with the chili oil it was delicious and filling. Good taste and good value. *They are cash and debit only.

I ordered lemongrass chicken with vermicelli but found pork when I opened the container at home. Called the restaurant and told them I would be there to return the order and pick up my lemongrass chicken. When I handed the food to the lady at the counter, she opened it, took a look at it, walked over to the drink cooler at the corner, and put it in the plastic bag that was already in it. I did not want to confront her about that as they were preparing my food. As I was standing there wondering why my food wasn't ready, I saw a lady inside the kitchen putting something in the microwave. I wondered if it was my chicken, and it was. She took it out of the microwave, put it in the take-out box that was ready, handed it to the server, and she handed it to me. As I was driving home, I started wondering where my food might have been. Knowing that the food that I had returned did not get thrown out made me seriously wonder if I had just picked up another order that had been returned. They wouldn't do that especially during the pandemic, would they? I just don't know. All I know is that I could not possibly eat the food. I called the restaurant to talk to the owner, but it was clear that the lady at the counter did not want me to talk to them. She kept on asking what it was about and finally told me that the owner was not there. If you are the owner of the store, I really hope that you care about people's health and safety in a time like this. Please give your employees proper training so that your customers can stay healthy and you can prosper. By the way, I am not sure if masks are required in restaurant kitchens, but the lady who heated up my chicken in the microwave was not wearing one. Obviously, I won't be going to this restaurant any more, but for their customers' sake, everyone who works at the restaurant should wear a mask at all times. Stay safe, everyone!

Delicious! The sandwiches is awesome. Slightly slow service but can’t really complain because it’s usually one person. The basil is nice and fresh and special soups are spectacular. The regular beef noodle soup is mediocre. I would suggest not ordering the regular pho. The spring rolls are sometimes overly fried.

I have safety concern for this restaurant. Clerks don't track customers, and the server was cutting basils on bare table, those basil are mostly used in pho broth raw. The server's service was just ok. I ordered assorted vegetable noodle in soup and vegetarian house special spring rolls. I'm glad that I don't taste too much MSG but they use a lot of sugar to season the broth. Spring rolls are nice. Overall, the food is not bad, but I think restaurant should value safety for their customers, especially at this time.
