Got a couple custom shirts printed for my brother and his wife for Christmas and was very happy with my experience. They emailed me after I submitted my order to let me know the resolution of the image I sent was not as high as they recommend. After discussing a couple options, we went ahead with image size I originally requested and the shirts turned out great. The shirts won't last a lifetime, but if you have a special event or want to make a gag shirt, the service and price here is excellent.

Amazing turnaround and pricing on a custom order I placed recently with Bang-On head office. If you want good quality custom tees and customer service, this is the place to go.
Worst experience dealing with sales. Very rude blonde woman kept interrupting me and didn't let me explain what I wanted, and didn't understand my simple questions, sorry "bang-on" (more like bang-off) but you've lost thousands of dollars of my business (I was planning on making many bulk shirts over the next few years for my successful online store). Is your goal to scare away customers? Is she new? Because she seemed very uninformed. I was rudely talked out of the store by this so-called saleswoman and am appalled by how I was treated. Never again! I advise the rest of you to stay away and to go somewhere with knowledgeable professionals working.

Difficult time dealing with sales and they are always closed so I decided to go elsewhere. Edit: Of course you have no recollection, I walked in when you were finally open and had a poor experience, deciding to take my business elsewhere.
