This review is in regards to your surgical masks. I bought a box from Fraser Pharmacy with the condition of final sale. I have used a few and the ear loop string detaches from the mask quite easily. I am wondering if this is a regular occurrence ? I am quite disappointed in this product and would not recommend anyone to purchase. Please reply if you are willing to rectify my situation and amend my faith in your company.
