I’ve been to dozens and dozens of dealerships in my life, but, never has one surpassed the 15/10 experience that I had with Audi Downtown Vancouver. Firstly, you ARE standing in western Canada’s “creme de la creme” square block of car decadence! The team at ADV are second to none! From my salesman, Billy, to negotiator, Jason, to (AllWest) insurance pro, Stephanie, to automobile financial advisor extraordinaire, Allison Peters, to John, who walked me through operating my new car, to the guys that made baby blue shine like the star she is; I assure you-you are in the best hands ever!!! I purchased the last brand new, 2020 C8 Corvette Coupe available in North America from them, which they just happened to have. I’ve proudly owned 2 Audi’s in my life. I would purchase one again... who wouldn’t want to run around ALL-YEAR in a super car? That’s what Audi’s all about. Thankyou, Billy, Jason, Stephanie, Allison, John, their friendly smiling front desk receptionist & every person “behind the scenes” making this place, simply, THE BEST!!

Got my car from Audi Downtown Vancouver and I must say I had an amazing experience! Your go to person should be Brian! He is spectacular and will assist you in anyway possible and also he gets you pretty great deals! Brian is a people’s person and it wasn’t hard saying yes to my car! I’ll recommend anyone to this location!!! Good luck car hunting ️

Had a great experience working with Francis on a new car purchase. He helped me order the right model which was hard to find in limited supply, and was easy to work with on test drives leading up to it. He was knowledgeable on the RS models as well. Their pricing is not the cheapest though. I had friends who got a bit better deal at OpenRoad, Richmond and Cap. Not the end of the world, but it feels bad when you pay more for the same compared to others, so my suggestion would be to get a quote elsewhere and ask them to match or beat if you’re set on Downtown.

Just recently purchased my new 2018 Audi A5 Sportback from Vancouver Audi. Francis was super helpful found me the car I was looking for. Worked hard to make the deal happen the same day.
