Absolutely horrible customer service, I called in to check the pricing and whether or not they could engrave on certain material and the person on the phone was clearly annoyed with my questions and just beyond rude and unhelpful. A waste of time, do not recommend.

Not happy with the end result. Was told one thing in the emails leading up to the engraving and received something unsatisfactory. When the issue was brought up, was given a list of reasons of how the problem could have been avoided - none of which were communicated to me before the engraving took place. Communication ended with an email claiming what the engraving “should have cost,” something I would have been happy to pay. Would not recommend.

Quite possibly the best service we've had the pleasure of receiving. Appreciate their high professional standards in communications. Genuinely eased our minds throughout the process to the final product.
