Artist Live/Work Studios. Most are open for culture crawl and on Saturdays a couple are usually open. Nice place to visit when the invitation is given. Take the stairs, not the elevator, if you can.

I moved in with the idea I'd keep the place 6 months or a year ....that was in September 2000! Aside from excellent on site management, (Roy Mackey), the owners (Reliance Holdings) reinvest a significant amount of money in maintenance and overall improvements some of which are not visible i.e. all new hot water piping, new hot water boilers ....and some evident -all marble floors in lobby & hallways ...new elevator (has been ordered). On top of that The ARC is a community of free/forward thinking, caring residents. XoXo
