I would not even give this store 1 star. Purchased my rimowa luggage at this location and used it for the first time to have the lock break on me and I was unable to open my luggage while overseas. It was extremely traumatizing. Had a 12 hour flight and came straight to this store with my luggage for them to simply tell me that I have to just break open the lock with a screw driver. The two employees were extremely unhelpful and dismissive.
