I found the service to be fantastic. Steve and Randy did a brilliant job at repairing my car after an accident in rapid time and below budget. Within a few hours of dropping off my car they gave me the price and time estimate. I was shocked that they said it could be complete by the following day. After confirming the go ahead, they fixed my car by noon the next day. I was blown away by the speed of service and the care taken to be communicate timely updates. This company will be my only mechanic in Vancouver

Good and friendly service you see too little of these days. Steve with very little notice was able to fit my car into the shop for some minor repair work on the engine wiring following what I presume was a midnight snack from my neighborhood rodant all at a reasonable price. If ever I need repairs again, Arbutus Service Center will be the first call I'll make.
