Complete scam company, the address is a house in Vancouver. Appliance Repair 24 is actually in Calgary - exact same website but with Calgary phone number. The "technician" had no idea how to fix my fridge, charged me 280 plus tax to have a quick look, remove some ice and then tell me that his advice is to buy a new fridge. He didnt even pull the fridge out to run any sort of diagnostic tests. I call LG to get a second opinion, they send a real LG tech. He checks the sealed system figures out its the compressor. He replaces the compressor and its all good. Watch the CBC Marketplace video on appliance repair scams, this is for sure one of them

Great Company and great service. I had have an issue with my Fridge last week and I couldn’t find anyone for the same day but George did not make me wait days like others. Was very fair and good service! The fridge working great. Thanks guys, will use you again!!!

I had a torn bellow in my washing machine and it was unusable. Appliance Repair responded quickly to repair. Their service technician, Eugene, was outstanding - efficient, effective, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair based on my experience with them.

Both times that our major appliances had problems we were able to get a service technician to come to our house right away, even during this pandemic. The techs were very polite, worked quickly and cleanly to diagnose/solve the problem. The pricing is very competitive and there's a 40 discount if you book service via their website. Definitely our "go to" service provider.

Watch Out!!!! Elite is a franchise dispatch co-op store very expensive. It is a rip-off joint. I noticed many other trades operate under this business model. You see it on Google with some inconsistent reviews, then call the place or fill out a form. Bam! you are hooked. Someone calls back to tell you a technician will be available. So, you are happy. My technician arrived the next day late morning, very polite and friendly, appeared to be helpful and reassuring. In my case, it was a Sub Zero Fridge/Freezer. I knew it when the guy saw it he would put me on the cutting board when the job is done. Then, he started to play the game claiming he had to go out to get parts. Then called back saying another emergency call near where he was to pick up the parts while assuring me that it wouldn't be long before he return to wrap up the job. Then, again calling back a few hours later to extend his arrival time into the evening. Well, he finished the job in total time spent fixing it was no more than 1.25 hr. from when he arrived at late morning say 11:00 am to departure at 10:30pm. The bill was emailed to me from Elite, a franchise in Winnipeg but no address on the invoice......a whopping 834 in total. We are in Vancouver, the phone number listed in their ad was a Vancouver number. There you have the story.

This company got back to me very quickly and gave me an up front quote of cost for initial visit. The appliance tech came within the time planned and phoned before he came. He did a thorough job accessing the problem with our stove. He gave us clear options and tried to give us his best estimate for a fix. In the end he recommended to purchase a new one. I really felt he wanted our best rather than getting more business for himself. He then took time to explain everything thoroughly. Really appreciated his advice.

I submitted an online request for service (which saved me 40 off the cost of repairs) and they responded by email within 20 minutes with an array of times for a technician to visit and repair my Whirlpool washing machine that was leaking. I received a "heads up" call 20 minutes before the technician arrived. They arrived in the middle of their given window and went straight to work. The technician was professional, smartly dressed, and knowledgeable. The work they performed was relatively quiet, efficient, and thorough. They diagnosed the problem quickly, then before they began their repair they explained the problem clearly and in laymans terms. They suggested what the cause may have been, and laid out my options and estimated costs to repair. The technician had the part in their truck so they could repair my washing machine in the one visit. The cost was fair for what the problem was and the call-out cost was applied to the cost of the parts and labour required to complete the repair, as well as the discount for booking online. I am very satisfied with the service I received. It was prompt, professional, and high quality. I would recommend to anyone that they use Appliance Repair Services Vancouver.

Firstly, Tech showed up with no Covid Mask as per their policy and a stipulation for me to order the service. Then he did not have a mask available to use once I expressed my concern. My washing machine was not working so he spent 5-minutes looking at the instruction book that I provided, told me he could start replacing assorted parts until it was fixed but could not guarantee these parts would work. He had no idea what the problem was, never even looked at the washer itself then told me I'd be better off just buying a new one. Was here for 10 minutes then rudely asked for payment of the service, no please, no thank you, no explanation then he was gone. Just a very poor experience the whole way around. I have dealt with many other appliance repair companies for products under warranty and this one was the worst by far. Would not recommend this company at all.
