Emergency wisdom tooth extraction went great! everyone was so sweet calming my nerves and the procedure went so well i scheduled the top wisdom tooth for the following week. they put all the effort into making time for you and helping with the insurance claims, i feel very taken care of and highly recommend dr alex !

Paid 1800 about 4 years ago to have a porcelain implant put in and it fell out while I was on a vacation of a lifetime in Mexico. On top of that the colour matching was far from perfect and he botched the root canal and the tooth turned grey changing the colour of the tooth to greyish black within the first year of having it. In his own words Dr Alex described it as like a set of car brakes, if car brakes wear out you replace them. Well doctor Alex there is usually a warranty on that, especially within the first five years of owning it. Anyone that relates to your teeth being like a set of car brakes and does this poor quality of work should have their dental license revoked. I wouldn’t call having your tooth fall out at a wedding reception dinner a tramatic event. The only thing tramatic about it is the fact it happened. And how you said these things happen and played it off as a normal thing. And now your saying these things rarely happen. You should have fixed it properly the first time. You think people can run around shelling out a couple grand every 4 years.... Maybe you should be an auto mechanic, seems you know more about cars than you do dentistry.
Absolutely excellent experience (as much as seeing a dentist can be). Dr. Alex's knowledge and work are exceptional however I believe the office's best quality is they actual care for their patients. They don't see you as just a pay check and after some of my experiences it is extremely comforting to have found someone I can trust. Now I can move on to finding a trusted mechanic and my life will be complete. Seriously though, great experiences with the entire staff and, I cannot believe I am about to write this, I might actually even look forward to my visits.
The main thing I look for in a dentist is one with great ethics. I strongly believe from great ethics stems great work and better overall care. I was super pleased to find this with Dr. Alex. He was very meticulous with his examination and following dental work yet also very gentle and considerate in his actual treatment of me. He was also very fair and reasonable with his treatment estimate explaining to me what was urgent and what wasn't. I feel like I had quality work done on me versus work done just to get the bills paid. I highly recommend him...you will be in good hands.
This is the best dental office I've been to. Dr. Alex's confidence and knowledge put me at ease. He is gentle, patient, reassuring and easy to talk to. The staff there are really friendly and remember you. Highly recommended.
