They charged us for vent cleaning that was not completed. Vents are still full of dust, no evidence of any connection to the furnace. They showed up and did something, but they definitely did not clean our vents. Note: I've followed up with the businesses reply (below) via email, but there has not yet been any response. Still no response from the business.

Very impressed by the quality of service, professionalism, and accommodation to client schedules. In AUGUST 2020, Dave and his colleague arrived on time to perform carpet cleaning in our one-bedroom apartment. They delivered exceptional customer service, were very thorough with their work, and went out of their way to assist us with moving furniture, despite it not being part of their job. Additionally, they paid careful attention not to bring dirt in to the apartment or damage walls, furniture, and flooring. After comparing costs with other carpet cleaning companies in the area, this business offered the best price, with no hidden fees. They are honest, trustworthy, and hard-working.
