Very friendly and accommodating staff and the landlord tenant agent lives on site. The building is well maintained and kept clean. The tenants themselves are polite and friendly. The maintenance staff is readily available to resolve any issues with the individual apartments and the building as a whole. If you are a respectful tenant and make your monthly payments on time then you would be very satisfied renting from this company. Reminder: These are micro apartments.
