WORST customer service. Impossible to get through to their phone lines. Left me TWO tickets despite having a valid pass and have not heard anything from them despite repeated messages through their website

Entrance is on W 17th Avenue, lot hours are 7:30am to 10pm. If you come back after 10, you can still get to your car through the Shoppers upstairs until they close at midnight.
