It was worst experience I’ve ever had with this company was a general labour worker, As many of the staff member’s are so resist, honestly their are majority people working who are from Sri Lanka and have their official language Tamil, due to which staff prefer to talk in their native language die to which in this multicultural company some employees feel disrespectful. Favouritism is the biggest factor here they always support their native worker which is not good on the part of team leaders and some supervisors aswell, although some for co workers are very polite too. They guys have no religious sentiments and respect for people with different religious, as i was a sikh worker and i am suppose to wear my kripan (dagger) on me all the time which is a basic requirement on religious bases and my manager asked me to take it off, although I requested him that i can wear it under my shirt he refused it and said you have to take it off or you’ll be fired. But on the other hand he can do what ever he want he drives a fork lift in work zone without steel toes which is necessary for all the staff, he drives fork lift without safety precautions i.e seat belt, and other employees from his native country they also wear jewellery on work site for example watches & rings etc. With them they have no issues. If he thinks that religious thing kripan (dagger) is not allowed for safety reasons in the work zone then he should keep in mind that worker are using cutters to cut the plastic pieces which can be used as weapon anytime aswell. Overall their should be no favouritism at work site, should respect every co workers religious sentiments and should follow the work zone safety regulations too. Thankyou
