I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially if you want your neighbours of your new home to be happy. This company delivered trusses to a neighbour's lot and used my driveway to turn around causing large ruts. When approached on this matter was told it could not have been their vehicles as they have dual tires on their rear axles. When most of us know it's the steering axles that cause the ruts when backing up a trailer. The company is not willing to repair the damages they incurred. So think twice before you call them.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. They shorted me 2 trusses that I had already paid for and wouldn't reimburse me. On another job site their driver backed into my car smashing the drivers side headlight, mirror & door. We have give this company lots of business over the last couple of years however, are now going to another supplier.
Trusses were order through Home Depot who contracts to Phoenix. The designers and engineers didn't pay attention to details or ask questions to clarify. The trusses did not meet the height requirements for our house costing us 1000's of to solve the problem (remains unsolved currently). Management is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful in solving the problem or helping with the costs. I would caution anyone thinking of using this company.
