Went in ready to buy a lawn tractor. Had a couple of questions for the first salesman who approached me. He seemed pretty uninterested in me. I suspect it was because I was giving the impression I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I like to do that to see who wants my business. He did not. I was annoyed and left. After making a few more inquires around town I quickly realized this was the only place that offered a product/price that worked for me. I didn’t have the time to shop around in other towns so I just called and placed my order over the phone. The gentlemen on the phone (different than the salesman on the floor) was pleasant to deal with. Probably because he answered the phone to someone saying “order this for me”. Either way, I’ll be hesitant to return in the future. I can’t give 3.5 stars so I’ll be generous and round up to 4.

Terrible service and attitude. Been dealing with for years on a downhill slope. The lack of communication at the dealership is intolerable and when you call to ask why they haven’t fixed your machine after having it multiple times and sending it back rather than admit they can’t fix anything they blame it on the customer instead. They order the wrong parts just about every time you need something don’t hold your breath because it will take a few orders before they get it right. When their staff shows up on our dairy farm for service calls everyone avoids them because of their bad attitude and lack of helpfulness. Completely dissatisfied to say the least with Green Diamond, I never thought I would find a dealership with worse customer service and ability to diagnose and fix things than Blueline but Green diamond is about par.
