Good service. Nice people. Lots of parking, little pricey.

Don't get your boat shrink-wrapped here, total waste of money! They did not do the inboard outboard motor, we had to. And the wrap is so thin, the snow weighed it down and it made a hole in the top. Also, because it was so thin it couldn't hold up and stayed on the boat instead of sliding off. Now I have to go out and try to get the snow off, and I can't breathe in the cold. Thanks for the shoddy workmanship and taking my money for nothing!

WOW!!! I called them to replace my 2 bunks on my boat trailer. I was told it would be around 150 and it ended up being 250 for 2 pieces of carpet, 2 boards 8 feet long and 8 screws plus labour. I religiously check all my trailer lights whenever I tow and I have been for 50 years. So, naturally I checked them before I delivered my boat to these guys. They were working just fine as they are brand new lights and wiring installed 2 months ago with zero problems. When I hooked up to go home my lights didn't work and I noticed a 1 foot loop coming from my passenger light which wasn't there before. After I questioned why my lights no longer worked, they came out to see what the problem was. It ended up that both running lights were burnt out, so they replaced them.....for an additional whopping 60!!! So, in essence, if you want to spend 300 for a couple of boards and 2 8x12 inch pieces of carpet, 8 screws and 2 light bulbs, this is the place for you. I am a senior on a fixed income and did not like being taken advantage of in this way. Needless to say, I left there in a very angry state and was TOLD never to come back, which I can't afford to any way. All I will say is buyer beware...20 for 2 light bulbs??? WOW!!!

Well I guess I'm now that person that says I wish I would have listened to the previous reviews. I have been storing my boat with Upper Canada for 5 or more years, never had an issue until this year. They returned my boat this summer looking like it has aged substantially since they took it at the end of the last season. (I cover my boat every. single. night) Their response was the same as their boiler plate responses to Google reviews, nothing but deflecting and not a single offer of any type of resolution. My boat looks like it's been roasting in the sun, with decals missing etc and the carpet was drenched. Just like a previous reviewer had seen his with no cover on it over a month before he got it back, mine looks like it too has been left out to dry up. They are aware they have now left a 6 months pregnant woman to scrub and condition this boat to try and restore it, but no offer to help. Side note, they also dented my brothers boat and had the same response. literally ZERO effort at customer service. Do yourself a HUGE favour and avoid this place.
