I wanted to try something new today. I have never had grits before but often heard how tasty it was. Among other dishes, I ordered the shrimp and grits and was blown away with how great it tasted. I also ordered a number.of other items on the menu and by far this is my favourite restaurant in Toronto. The food was delicious, fresh, perfectly seasoned, the portions were generous and the packaging was secure and well ordered in the bags. This restaurant gave me my first amazing experience with grits.

A tiny space that serves up tasty foods with big flavour. We had the jambalaya, macaroni and cheese, brisket po' boy, hush puppies and the bread pudding. Yum! We will definitely eat here again! and approved
Calamari was awesome with their special sauce. Also tried jerk chicken po boy. 4 star because portion of meat was not enough to my likings for the price plus the jerk tasted a bit on the dry side - maybe that's how it should be on a po boy not sure but portion of chicken was definitely small for me.
Love their food, amazing staff and they were kind enough to allow me to hang up my paintings that I am selling.. definitely recommend this place.
Amazing little spot. It doesn't look like anything special when you come inside but usually these type of places have the best food. The corn bread is the best I ever had. I can't say enough good things. Also, the server was super nice and sweet and made the experience that much better.
This is easily the best Creole food in Toronto. The Jambalaya is the best I've had outside of New Orleans. Very friendly service as well.
Flavorful food and great portion size. Perfectly cooked also. Impressed that broccoli was not soggy cooked very well.
Felt adventurous on ubereats and it was the best decision I could have made. Order from here on 2 separate occasions and they did not disappoint. Got the gumbo, jambalaya, chicken and sausage pasta and hurrican fusilli. Every dish was absolutely amazing and I probably won't stop until I've tried almost everything on their menu
