Worst apartment ever. Worst service. No hot water in the Tap. It runs out frequently at any time of the day. It's has now been a month without hot water, sometimes we have to take a shower in cold water, and because of that some tenants are falling sick.Hefty rent increase and ridiculous response when complaints.

Terrible! people smoke in the hallway... cigarette smoke get in your unit... don't live here if you prefer a smoke-free home.
It is a nice place to stay, with an awesome view from the balcony.
