I ordered an item to be delivered here from Amazon as it is a delivery hub. The store hours of operation are 12-6, weekdays. I arrived at the store at 12 pm and no one was there. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I came back an hour later an still no one was there. I called at 1:15 and no one picked up. I finally got a hold of Eric, the employee working today, at 1:30 pm. 1.5 hours after the registered start time. He told me he was late because he was picking up a package. This couldn't have been done before your 12 pm start time? I understand it Covid, and you probably are not as busy as you should be, and that you may have a lot of down time during your work day right now, but people depend on you to be there when your start hours are stated. Plus, you only work 6 hours a day. Don't be late for your 12 pm start. It truly unprofessional of you.

I always need to have tempered glass screen protector on my phone screen because I get anxious when I don’t. My phone’s pretty expensive hence why I don’t want to damage/scratch it one bit. Unitek was convenient because i’m always going to Granville Stn DT area for work. I decided to try this place out and get my screen protector done here. Plus I was getting anxious because I didn’t have a screen protector at the time. They unfortunately only had one type of tempered glass screen protector which didn’t completely cover the whole screen. I wish they had more variety such as matte texture or full screen tempered glass. The guy who was working at the time tried to set it up on my phone for me. There is of course a possibility of getting bubbles on your screen when getting a screen protector. But most people would fix it for you, right? I unfortunately got bubbles on my screen when the guy put the screen protector for me. I told him there were bubbles, and instead of trying to fix it he REALLY SAID TO ME WORD FOR WORD “it’s like that”. I almost laughed out loud because who says that?? The guy really didn’t want to deal with it and fix it. Me being nice I just kept quiet and just stuck with the service I got because it was just 20. It was my fault for not refunding when I was unhappy with the service I got. I usually get my tempered glass done at the SK Mobile shop at Aberdeen, but it was too far for me to go there. So I went to this place... and I regret it I would avoid getting tempered glass done here, and just go to Crystal Mall or SK Mobile in Aberdeen. SK Mobile would fix and remove the bubbles PERFECTLY and also have different varieties of screen protectors for 10 more. TL;DR : Aside from being convenient, I would avoid getting tempered glass screen protector done here. You will get bubbles and be told “it’s like that”. Save yourself and get it done elsewhere. I suggest going to Crystal Mall/SK Mobile Aberdeen. “It’s like that” i’m never letting that go
Got a screen protector (that they installed) and within a few hours "rainbow" effect developed. It hasn't gone away even after few days. Waste of 20.
My cellphone keeps turning on and off by itself , this made me very confused. And the technician here only use an hour to fix the problem.
Terrible customer service and will not sell Sim cards without signing up for a plan first.
I spent 500 to change my screen, and paid extra to get a case protector and screen protector. Unfortunately my screen protector cracked after 2 weeks, I have to get it off to use my phone, and the new screen cracked again after only 3 months. Very poor quality replacement. Not recommended at all.
