Ordered online for a curbside pick up and received a confirmation email that said an associate would contact me to schedule a date and time for pick up. 10 days after I ordered I realized they never called me, so I called in. The woman on the phone tells me they have no online orders. I insist I ordered for the correct store. She looks at my caller ID and addresses me by my name and tells me they don’t have an order for a Karen. The payment has already gone through so I am persistent. She eventually asks for my order number and once I tell her, she says my order is ready (lol). I asked if I could pick up today and she said yes as long as it’s before closing. I arrive outside the store and call again. A different woman picks up and asks for my order number right away and came out with my order shortly after. Basically, if you call in, start with your order number and all will be well.

This place is amazing. You will find everything you need (when you go at the right time). Me and my mom came here wanting come vegetable plants and herbs but it was too late in the season (June) for what we needed. It’s very spacious and they handled the mask policy and line-waiting very nicely. They cleaned carts and offered/ sold masks right at the entrance! But first of all, the plants are way too overpriced and expensive. A 4- pack of un-bloomed flowers cost almost 10! Also, the staff always seemed very rushed, tired, or bored. I understand they need to go to different places to do work, but the answers were always very vague and unclear. I would ask “where are the perennial flowers”, and I would get answers like “over there, I think” or let me ask someone else “, and they would take forever. I would often times need to ask 2-4 different staff on where things are such as flowers, edibles, and seeds.
This place is beautiful and well stocked. The staff are really helpful too!
