Great service. Was tended to as soon as I entered the showroom. It’s well designed and they have exactly what you would expect Mini to have. They have as Mini as you want. There are Mini souvenirs and beverages. Although we didn’t end up buying, we had a great experience with the greeter! The same could not be said about the BMW next door, I do not recommend.
I got my car towed here due to a flat tire on a Sunday. Bobby (my advisor) got back to me first thing in the morning the following Monday and was very friendly throughout the entire process. Randy (the mechanic) was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I had a great experience here and will definitely return in the future if something else comes up again.
I can't rave enough about my experience at BMW/MINI Markham. I just picked up my 3rd car (3rd lease) from this location. Harsh Thakkar and Robin Roy made the whole process so fun & stress-free. They definitely care about their clients. Buying a car is a huge decision but they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't lose any sleep. The service they provided exceeded my expectations.
I had bad experience with their non-BMW cars. They advertise something but the actual car comes in very different sepcs. It took me 30 min to drive to their location to find out that! Be aware and make sure to confirm on the phone all the details before visiting.
