We have got a good offer for the right one that we were looking for! He spent a sufficient time with us for reach to a final agreement. He did the best for us to complete paper work, explaining the features of the car. I totally recommend him to my friends who love Lincoln/Ford!
I left a small deposit when beginning the purchase process. The team did a great job trying to get me into a vehicle. In the end I decided to pass on the deal though. The dealership does not seem to be willing to return my deposit. I've asked, it's not worth the time I've already spent on it, but I want to warn other people as they wanted 3500 to put in an offer. I think they've forgotten this a Ford dealership. DON'T GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT!!
Just had my first service done on my new Ford Edge. Work was done promptly. They returned my vehicle to the disabled parking spot where I left it - very observant. Their Covid provisions were impressive. They installed a special kiosk Where you can drop off, pick up and pay for your service. All was good.
From the moment I stepped in the facility to the point of final sales everything was smooth. Darren was a great help, identifying vehicles within my budget range. He was also easily reachable via email for any and all follow ups. I strongly recommend the Markville Ford team and Darren.
