My experience at the clinic was with Jennifer Ahn and Alana Sham. Jennifer is sweet, understanding and great with patients in physiotherapy. Her communication is also crystal clear, which is great. I loved her genuine personality, and passion to help. Alana is just as amazing in psychotherapy. She has high empathy, a brilliant listener, and her genuineness to help shines throughout her sessions. She goes the extra mile when trying to help and is great at helping one resolve their frustrations/issues. I’d recommend both of them anytime with no hesitation

Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. The appointment started right on time. She took the time to explain everything, allowed you to ask questions and didn't make you feel rushed. This was our first appointment with her and she was absolutely wonderful. I had my first ever massage with Susanna who came highly recommended by my wife. Susanna is magic. My hamstrings and lower back have not felt this good in a long time!! At the end of my session, she also took the time to walk me through a few stretches to help with my problem areas. Very friendly staff. Safe environment with protocols for the times of Covid.
My treatment at Markham pelvic health has been going amazing with Kathy Ng and I am almost fully healed with almost all my symptoms completely resolved. I was worried as a male that I wouldn’t be able to find someone who was experienced with male pelvic muscles due to how uncommon my problem was but after the first visit I felt completely relieved and in good hands.
