Always have a good time. I left my wallet here one time in the room and they kept it for me until I was able to pickup the next day. Cash and everything still inside!
We thought the minimum spend was a bit expensive but decided to come anyway. We placed our order and the waiter came back to tell us a bunch of things weren’t available. The manager basically told us that it’s too bad and that we have to pay the expensive price anyway. Very unethical sales tactic, will not return again.
Very nice place. Expensive but expected. Very fast service, rooms are gorgeous, informatice staff. Great bottle selections. The bottles are basically club price.
Great place, spacious, lots of songs to choose from however smells super smokey (cigarettes) when you walk inside and in the rooms too makes it hard to breath in and sing.
Good staff, respond really quickly to service calls. However the place smells like smokes. Better ventilation would be nice, especially for those of us in none smoking rooms.
The best ktv in town and also my favourite. The staff are courteous and professional, security is always doing what they are suppose to, furnishing and sound systems are top notch, prices are fair and no shady hidden fees unlike a lot of other Chinese karaoke places.
Beers are warm. I think they only put few drops of whiskey when mixing with green tea.
