Having your bladder tested can be a bit embarrassing, but the staff are very friendly and professional. The nurse that did my tests did a great job of making me feel comfortable and putting me at ease.

It took a while for them to return my call, but once I was there, they were friendly and professional. The entire time I was in the waiting room though, the receptionist wasn't doing much...so I don't know why she can't pick up the phone when people call.
