As stated by previous customers and also found in other review platforms, the owners show a pattern of charging fraudulent fees such as cleaning when obviously not necessary and coverage that was not selected by the customer. In years of utilizing U-Haul’s services in various provinces, I have never experienced this. Avoid this location.
