i had my reservation online and when i went to pick it up they said there is a reservation but no trucks waiting ... that was unbelievable and even the didn't help to find another truck... bad location and untrusted ..

Mr. Singh's is an awesome convenience store run by a super nice family. They have a great selection, they rent blu-rays, and they even sell some super tasty indian food. I definitely recomend it.
Absolutely deplorable customer service with Uhaul related transaction. Had a reservation, was treated aggresively and refused assistance with setting up my equipment. The employee claimed they are only a dealer and do not provide assistance. Absolute joke this place is. They should have their UHaul partnership revoked. I will also be filing a formal complaint with UHaul.
