Can't believe the storage!

We had rented full sized vans from this location for many years with no problem whatsoever. The last time we arranged to rent a van, when we got there the woman informed me that she had rented out the truck that I had rented and held with my Credit card. I had explained to her that I am disabled and we would not be there until at least 10am, I did this when I thought that we had reserved a truck. She told us when we got there that we should have been there first thing. She had never explained this to me prior and we had reserved the truck a week earlier. This kind of BS left us in a terrible predicament, and subsequently we had to scramble big-time in order to find another truck that very same day. I was shocked because this kind of thing had never happened to us before renting a moving van. I was extremely angry the way we were treated. The woman had an extremely negative attitude, and was not just unapologetic, but she was extremely abrasive towards us. We have never went back because we found better U-Haul providers and we have been happy ever since we stopped using these sloppy business owners.

The Ubox Manager and Assistant Manager provided exceptional and amazing service, I highly recommend going through here if you need a UBox or storage needs!

Charged me double the KMS, blamed me for not doing a walk around before leaving to verify, was not told to do walk around, the employee washed my window and gave me thumbs up to go, then received txt when I had already left to a link that doesn't work to verify equipment. Finally I asked for a dolly, never received a dolly . Will not return to this location.

I told how many boxes I had and was informed I only needed a small box so they saved me money and they were right everything fit

Good rental facility for trucks and for storage. Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is their roads on the storage garages are really rough and their customer service is average at best. Especially on the phone. Sometimes I was on hold for 30mins. Ridiculous in my opinion.
