Horrible place to do any kind of business with as stated by others for the same reasons. They also treat there employees horrible. Stay far away if you plan to deal with or work for these guys it’s in your best interest very unorganized and downright horrible place.
Great place to rent! Had a bad experience at U-Haul downtown which lead to to bring the truck and trailer here to be looked over. They looked over the truck for me, ended up giving me a different truck due to multiple issues with the other truck! Great service, clean shop, good helpful staff! Would recommend!
Only problem I had was the mobile pick up. Waited a half hour for the mobile pick up to approve me. Decided to wait in line instead which took 20 minutes and I was out the door. I don't understand the point of mobile pickup if just going to the front desk is faster.
Pickup was easy and they helped me refund some moving material I didn't use.
