Hands down the best, most polite store and staff I have ever dealt with. They are honest and courteous. The atmosphere is inviting and you can tell everyone who works there loves what they do. If you get a chance, go and check them out!

The employees at this location are amazing! They've helped me when no one else would! Not only did they help me but they solved my technical issue with their extensive knowledge in wireless technology! They make Apple Genius's look redundant!
This store has a very friendly and customer focused environment. The sale people here are very knowledgeable and helpful, they make the process of getting your phone renewed/activated very quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to deal with telus to visit this store :)
I would say no one should ever step foot into this place but unfortunately not everyone will listen to reviews, so I will just say this: the previous one-star reviewer is absolutely correct when it comes to these scumbags. They will stone face lie to you about your agreement to make a quick buck. Its disgusting. Do not trust them. Its hard not to bash them based on my horrible experience because it makes me look like i want nothing but bad business for them, but please take this little piece of advice ***If anyone were to deal with these crooks PLEASE MAKE SURE you have signed copies confirming your agreement and proof of everything the sales person has promised you. Make sure you actually look at the agreements on their screen aswell to make sure theyre not lying about whats written***. This was not an honest mistake on their end, or i would not be writing such a bad review. They are untrustworthy lying scumbags. Hopefully they will redeem themselves and prove me wrong in the long run after seeing this and not think about their petty commission. Maybe it was because i rejected the one guy who inappropriately contacted me after my visit, after looking up my file, and asked for a date. Oh wait, that was before i found out he was a scum bag. Glad i dodged that bullet
Since recently being bought out by a new company called D2 Wireless they are WAY better, much better staff, much better deals, way easier to deal with. I would recommend any Telus or Koodo customers trying this place out before going to the mall (see my other review for my list of complaints with the mall).
Honestly one of the most disappointing companies to do business with these people are not to be trusted they are sleezy sales people and will do anything for a quick buck in their pocket wether it be by lying directly to your face or telling you the wrong information I am sorry Telus but these idiots have ruined it for you Do not Recomend
