From the purchasing side of the dealer my experience was spot on, the way it should be. Quick, effortless, and everything presented and explained clearly. Jeff was great to deal with from my first email inquiry, right up to the day I picked up my new Aprilia. The dealership itself is very large, and has a huge amount of inventory of new toys. I have not truly dealt with parts and service other than buying a few oil filters....time will tell here. So far so good. I hope the service I receive is on par with my sales experience.
I’ve purchased two ATV’s (one Kawasaki and one Can-Am) from Two Wheel over the years and been very happy with their products or service. I’ve dealt with both Graham and Jens and they’re both knowledgeable sales people and industry professionals. We use their service department to service our machines and appreciate their quick service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this dealership.
Graeme Nelson. All I can say is Wow. As a new rider, looking for expertise and guidance can be quite overwhelming and hard.. There are many bikes to choose from and details about a bike that you might lack and having to tackle it on your own is even harder. Graeme shows commitment to customer success and being timely with requests. He helped me all throughout my new purchase of a motorcycle and damn i couldn't have asked for someone better on my first run at this. I HIGHLY recommend Graeme Nelson.
