December 27/20 10:15am: Both Swarovski Associate ladies were excellent brand ambassadors. Our experience was great. They were friendly and welcoming, had excellent product knowledge and enthusiasm to share the current boxing week sales promotions etc..We returned our Christmas purchase promptly and with ease. It's great to see such a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism.

Be careful with any jewelry you buy. The earrings have a great post but the backs on them are garbage metal. Use caution when buying them. Over priced sparkly earings. Save the trip and just go to Peoples next door and buy a gold pair for the same price

The manager of the store is the most rude salesperson ever. I think she said her name was Jesica. She will keep fake laughing and tries to falsely advertise the products by saying they are new collections to push a sale and also pushes you to buy more items to a level where it is extremely irritating. When I chose the product, I specifically asked if they had a new piece to which she said yes and when I went to the cash desk, she was cleaning the same item that was picked from display. I refused to buy it and reminded her about how I had asked her if they had another piece. That very moment she said it’s equally good as new and that I would not find something like that at a different store. I left immediately. The stores needs to change the manager. Pathetic experience! Will never visit the place again.

This Swarovki at Tsawwassen Mills is a new store, at this location. Besides the choices this store offers, like jewelry, charms, and watches the product we have and enjoy the most is the napkin ring set in a particular colour. We only use the double set for company and they definitely get the conversation started. We will definitely be back to see what's new for Christmas
