They were on time, respectful of the property and home. Very friendly and professional. Upon completion of the work they answered any questions we had without attitude and were very patient in explaining the door. We love our new door and everything was done way earlier than expected. The lady on the phone was also lovely as we try to accommodate schedules with covid in play and all. I would most definitely definitely have them back at our house to do our windows. Such a great team. Thanks

Alex, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He walked us through all the options the company has and informed us of what advantages they gave us. He helped us to make a informed decision about our windows and doors purchase. Scheduling of our installation was painless and quick, consider that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Omar and Vito, our installers showed up when they said they would and on time. They were very professional, and worked quickly and carefully. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards, which gets bonus marks from me. The door and windows are top-notch and exactly what we wanted.

We recently had new windows and a new front door for our town home installed. I did a lot of homework and received multiple quotations, but upon my wife and i meeting Alex from Trust build we had an immediate sense of comfort level when meeting him. Alex is very very knowledgeable will attend to your needs and is very flexible with his schedule and will respond to your questions immediately upon receiving them. Hence the word\ Trust build\ yes you can TRUST them......Alex will not sugar coat anything he will provide you with the right information. He will provide you with some suggestions and i highly recommend you listen to his suggestions. Windows were ordered and installed exactly when they said they would be and completed within two days, with NO mess left behind. There installers were very courteous and mature and had many years of experience. They have flexible financing if you need it. We were very happy with the triple glass option we chose and our home is much quieter. Alex will tell you that they stand behind their product and will attend to any issue that come up you will not be left in the dust once you sign on the dotted line.
