Oh my got! What a delicacy! The cook, Shahed, is a Bangladeshi origin cook, does fusion with western and oriental kind of food. What a presentation of food, you would never believe until you try it. He is a Master chef, I should say, a hidden gem in this rural area. He deserves better platform, even have that exposure, but living here only to raise his kids at the place where her deceased wife grew up. How romantic, huh? Only negative things are the place is not architecturally cool, Shahed is talkative if you want to socialize with him and the serving is small in case you eat a lot.

The food is delightful, and the chef is very passionate and excited to share his knowledge about the dishes and flavour. This place is a hidden gem in Truro, I would definitely recommend it.
It's definitely a "unique" experience. Really I found the food very tasty. I couldn't determine what were the ingredients it's a blend of gazillion things. Your traditional dining experience perspective will change once you go to Saloni. I had the biryani shrimp for apps and the fish for the main and I loved it. It's pricey, but again you're paying for that experience and not the food
Way overpriced, very small portions, drab atmosphere (smelled of stale cigarette smoke) cash only. Would definately not recommend.
The owner and the people working there are extremely rude, very verbally abusive and don't care about there customers, DO NOT EAT HERE TERRIBLE FOOD TOO they grow there food outside in a parking lot next to a smokers shop and next to an apartment building, DIRTY I had food poisoning after this. This owner is so rude that he throws water at everybody who goes around his door, also he runs into his store swearing an screaming. Maybe if he were nicer to people he would have more customers, but I wont let anybody I know go there. A restaurant is supposed to make you feel welcome, not want to leave. It's not only about food quality, It's also about Professional Ediquette.
Amazing fresh food, a blend of tastes. Personal. Something unique and different for Truro. Hope more give it a try. I'll be back for sure.
