Made my reservation with Ford, who was fabulous. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I travel a lot - or at least did until COVID - and I base my patronage and return visits on the service I receive. Ford service was exceptional and i would definitely rate him as a 5 in this regard. And, I will return again - because of the great customer service. Thank you!
The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. This is the third time staying at this hotel and all three times have been very enjoyable. The staff at the reception desk are exceptional when you arrive you are treated like a VIP. Really like this experience.
We had a fire in our apartment building and stayed here for four days...they were absolutely amazing...so friendly, helpful and courteous

Very affordable and was very clean. Continental breakfast could have been much better but it was still a great stay. The pool was perfect as well

Have been here several times, but this stay will be my last. It's a great location for me as it's close to family, but it's a hassle having to chase staff to get enough towels, sheets and blankets. We booked a room for 5 people, but only got 3 towels and the pullout couch had no sheets or blankets. If you want to swim, you need to book at the front desk because of covid. That's fine. We booked 24 hours in advance but when we went to get the card to get in, they said the pool is fully booked, sorry. I know it's booked... by us. Never again.
