Was told my front lower control arm bushings needed replacement by KW Audi, took the car to True Auto Care to replace my front brakes which also needed replacement and requested them to replace the bushing while they were at it. Was told there was nothing wrong with them and didn’t need to replace them. This refreshing honesty is hard to come by these days and is much appreciated!! Thank you for your honesty!! Every interaction I have had with True Auto Care has been excellent. They have great attention to detail and I love that they send pictures with reports. They are my go to car place whenever I can!

I took my car to True Auto to have a power window motor replaced. The shop was able to get the part in really quickly (considering it is an almost 30 yr old car) and were able to book me in right away. Great rates. Fantastic service. There was an issue with a cracked plastic trim during the repair. Ron and his shop immediately owner the situation and rectified it (rare these days). Very satisfied and highly recommend!
