Called Bryon Martin repair to fix my washer. My husband did the repair himself and called Bryon back to cancel and explained what he did. Bryon told him to change something and it worked, he did not have to do that! Excellent customer service. Thanks a million
Today my washing machine broke down mid cycle...the Friday before Christmas! I called numerous repair companies and nobody was available until the New Year. I left a message with Bryon and although he wasn’t available he walked me through how to do my repair over the phone. I followed his perfect instructions and was able to unclog the drain. Bryon not only willingly helped but called me back to make sure that I was able to repair the machine. This kind of customer service goes beyond the norm. I ran a service department in the HVAC industry and this was exactly how I treated my customers but is so rare to find now. Thank you Bryon you will be the only person I will call for any future service! Mary-Anne
