Quick, competent and polite service. Product descriptions are accurate. Not pushy at all when you’re trying the chairs on the floor. Great prices and decent warranty period. Can’t ask for much more than that. Will definitely be back in the future.

Eddy was patient and extremely helpful when I came into the office. The selection was wide and I was able to try out a number of different chairs. In the end I went with the Herman Miller Aeron, which I have to say looked and felt brand new. The refurbishment process at Track Office Furniture is top notch and I'd recommend anyone looking to purchase a high end office chair at an affordable rate to not look anywhere else. Stock is going fast though, so I wouldn't put off booking an appointment!

Booked an appointment yesterday to purchase a new or used chair. Did my home work before going there to know all the possible cost and was surprised to see how much lower their costs were compared to other resellers, ended up purchasing a Steelcase Gesture with head rest and I am very happy, already recommended them to others I know who are looking for at home equipment. On another note they are really nice people and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

I researched chairs, prices, locations etc etc etc and I must say I STRUCK GOLD with this place!!!! I was able to get a top of the line HERMAN MILLER chair for 1/3 the price! And not only that, but the staff is awesome, super friendly and incredibly knowledgable!! Shop smart for your at home office chair, don't break the bank and certainly don't break your back :P CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!

South African gentlemen on the phone is a bag of laughs. Eddy was was helpful in explaining the features of the chairs but left us alone to take out time trying each one which was great. We settled on the Herman Miller Embody. Awesome chair, excellent condition and good price.
