Five star experience in all ways and always!! Clean Cars, Clean office , Nice people and if you have booked online then representatives are ready with your car, so no big wait time. Tried other rentals in past near to airport and they just try to sell costlier insurance in some or other ways but in Zoom I see people are helping you out in saving money rather cheating you. So all together Thumbs Up Zoom Rentals and it’s staff handling And treating customer very well!

I rented there a car in march 2020. Normally the car rental should be Mexrentacar but I think they changed name. I have read a lot of negative comments about mexrentacar so I was a little bit insecure but the service was good. I'm from Europe I learnt english only at school so the first contract in english was more or less an adventure for me. They spoke with me fast but still understandable. What I noticed is that they work good but they have or had a bad mood. In that company they have a bad atmosphere but it's their problem :) I had no introduction about the car. They gave me the key and said \I'll see you again in 2 weeks\ The car was really clean but the right doors of the car were scratched. I don't know if they had with me mercy because I'm from Europe with an international driver's license but I really had no problems with them. The price remained the same and after I gave the car back they didn't write an e-mail to me or something like that. So I really didn't have problems with them at all!!!
These guys are young and energetic and are on the ball. They do not drag their feet and keep people waiting. Smooth and efficient transaction. Brand new cars and very good deals. Above all they are honest - a rare quality in this business and age. Hope they continue to keep the trust. Happy to recommend them
